About Me…
I still remember how I felt after my first yoga practice over 20 years ago. It was one of the first times I truly experienced the connection between mind, body, and breath.
I’m Kourtney, owner of Sacred Breath Yoga and a 200-hour RYT. I’m passionate about creating classes that feel grounding and supportive through mindful movement, breath awareness, and the gentle resonance of singing bowls.
